How is this different from signing up with a gateway directly?

Alocis does not compete with payment gateways: we are partners. You still need to sign up with a gateway to use the platform.

The advantage is that, once you register, your company is already certified with us. If you want to switch gateways, nothing changes in your operation, because we work with several certified gateways. The same goes for integrations in other areas, such as tax invoicing and members areas.

That way you negotiate and switch tools freely, and more money stays in your pocket.

How do approved sales count toward the plans?

We only count sales processed by our infrastructure. Each customer who reaches your checkout and completes the purchase counts as 1 sale.

Abandoned purchases, incomplete purchases and declined payments are not counted.

Which features help reduce failed payments?

We have a dunning schedule. With it, you set up new charge attempts at the moments when approval rates tend to be higher.

We also work with certified notification partners. With them, you automate WhatsApp and email messages to reach the customer exactly when the automatic charge doesn't work.

Do I need to give up the gateway I already use?

No. You connect your gateway to Alocis and keep selling and getting paid through it, only now with our smart checkout.

What happens to my products if I switch tools?

Nothing. You register each product once in Alocis. If you change gateways or integrations, you don't need to register everything again.

What happens after the 50 free sales?

To keep processing sales with Alocis, you choose one of our plans.

Who does the setup?

You do, and it's simple. After signing up, the first step is to connect your tools. If you run into any difficulty, our team will help you.

Can I use more than one gateway at the same time?

Yes. You choose which gateway processes each charge and can combine providers based on conversion, approval, cost or payment method.
